In this intimate food styling workshop, you’ll learn the the tips, tricks, and techniques of styling cheese and charcuterie while creating your own botanically-inspired wreath-shaped grazing board (serving 4-6) to take with you after class. Food stylist Liz Stannard, owner of Waxed Crescent Grazing Company, will lead you step-by-step through the process, set in the beautiful space at All Paths Merge. Light refreshments will be served. What's included with your ticket?

- 12" round platter and lid

- Premium, artisan, local ingredients: gourmet cheeses, salami, fresh and dried fruit, olives, nuts, honey, crackers, and all accompaniments needed to create your board, including floral and herbal garnishes.

- Step by step guidance on how to slice cheeses, style charcuterie, and transform your ingredients into edible works of art, including how to create three wintery edible garnishes you can recreate at home.

- Light refreshments.

Workshop Cancellation Policy: All sales are final. Workshop tickets are non-refundable. Tickets may be transferred with 48 hours advance notice sent to liz@waxedcrescent.com

 

Additional workshop safety information: Waxed Crescent Grazing Company is not responsible for any injury that may occur during a workshop. Attendees may cut cheese and/or fruit with a small knife. By registering for this workshop you are agreeing to these terms and assuming your own risk by attending this workshop.

    Sales & Acceptance

    All sales are final. Orders must be accepted on the selected date and within the designated pickup or delivery window. Waxed Crescent Grazing Company’s responsibility ends once the order has been released from our possession.

    Food Safety Statement

    Due to the perishable nature of our products, all items containing perishable foods must remain refrigerated until shortly before serving (approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour). The FDA recommends that perishable foods may remain at room temperature for up to four hours; however, items should not be re-refrigerated or saved for leftovers after two hours.

    Allergen Statement

    Waxed Crescent Grazing Company operates out of a shared commercial kitchen and is not an allergen-free facility. While every reasonable precaution is taken to reduce the risk of cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee the absence of trace allergens. Products may contain or have come into contact with dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, or shellfish.

    Pickup, Delivery & Liability

    Upon pickup by the client or transfer to a third-party delivery service, Waxed Crescent Grazing Company relinquishes control of the order and is released from liability related to transportation, venue access, setup, service, food handling, or storage thereafter, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Clients are responsible for compliance with venue policies and any insurance requirements related to delivery or on-site activity not performed by Waxed Crescent.
