HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?

WHEN SHOULD I PLACE MY ORDER?
Orders must be placed at least 2 days, or 48 hours, in advance, sometimes longer. We highly recommend placing your order as far in advance as possible to guarantee availability. "We" are just one person, so our days fill up quickly.
If you need to place a last minute order, please email us - we(aka I) may be able to accommodate you.
WHAT'S ON MY BOARD/IN MY BOX?
All of our boards and boxes are filled with high-quality cheeses, meats, and accompaniments. We try to use local, seasonal items as often as possible. Each box or board also includes the appropriate utensils, as well as a menu card that highlights any meats, cheeses, and accompaniments featured.
If you're sending a box or board as a gift, we'll include a handwritten note - just let us know!
CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY BOARD OR BOX?
With enough advance notice, sure! Please email us with specific questions. *Additional charges may apply
DOES MY ORDER INCLUDE CRACKERS?
Boards and boxes include a package of crackers. Signature breadboxes with a variety of crackers, bread, and more are available as an add-on to accompany your board - look for them on the menu!
DO YOU OFFER VEGETARIAN OR VEGAN OPTIONS?
We currently offer vegetarian options for most boards and are working (taste-testing!) on curating the best tasting vegan cheese board possible! Have any vegan cheese recommendations? Let us know!
Our crudités board is one of our most popular items and can be made completely vegan, too!
WHAT ABOUT FOOD ALLERGIES OR DIETARY PREFERENCES?
We are more than happy to accommodate for allergies and dietary preferences, but please note that we are not an allergen-free kitchen and we cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination. Please indicate any food allergies in the special requests section of the order form.
WHERE DO I PICK UP MY ORDER?
Pickup locations vary depending on the date and time- please see your confirmation email for the exact address and pickup instructions. If you do not receive a confirmation email, first check your spam folder for a message from firstname.lastname@example.org, then email us ASAP if you still can't find it.
DO YOU DELIVER?
Yes! We offer limited delivery within four zones throughout Northeast Ohio. Just choose "delivery" instead of pickup when you place your order! We hope to expand our delivery time frames soon!
ARE THERE ANY INSTRUCTIONS REGARDING THE CARE OF MY BOARD/BOX?
We HIGHLY recommend consuming your board or box the day you receive it. Items used are perishable and styled in such a way that they are made for immediate consumption. Please refrigerate until 30 minutes prior to serving. Cheese tastes best at room temperature and will be safe to consume for up to four hours outside of the fridge, but please discard(do not re-refrigerate) any food left out for longer than 2 hours.
WHAT SHOULD I DO WITH MY BOARD WHEN I AM FINISHED?
Most of our boards and utensils are intended for one-time use and can be disposed of (or even composted!) when you are finished.
DO YOU DO CORPORATE CATERING?
Yes! We can customize individual cheese, charcuterie, snack, and lunch boxes to fit your business needs. Our grazing tables make a perfect centerpiece for any event. Contact us directly for rates and availability or fill out this form.
HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
For online orders: we require full payment at the time you place your order. Our secure payment process is very simple. Your order is not confirmed until payment is received. We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Venmo.
For grazing tables and corporate orders, 50% of the total is due immediately to hold the date and the other half is due 2 weeks prior to your event.
WHAT TYPE OF LICENSING DO YOU HAVE?
We are fully insured, licensed, and Serv Safe certified. Our shared prep kitchens are licensed by Summit County.
