FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Orders must be placed AT LEAST 3 days, or 72 hours, in advance. We highly recommend placing your order as far in advance as possible to guarantee availability. We are a very small team (typically of just one person) so our calendar fills up fast! If your date is not showing in the drop-down menu, we are either closed or booked.

If you need to place a last minute order, please contact us - we may be able to accommodate you.

WHAT'S ON MY BOARD/IN MY BOX?

All of our boards and boxes are filled with high-quality cheeses, meats, and accompaniments. We try to use local, seasonal items when possible. Each box or board also includes the appropriate serving utensils like cheese spreaders, tongs, and honey dippers, as well as a menu card that highlights any meats, cheeses, and accompaniments featured.

If you're sending a box or board as a gift, we'll include a handwritten note - let us know what to write when you order!

CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY BOARD OR BOX?

With enough advance notice, sure! Please contact us with specific questions. *Additional charges may apply

DOES MY ORDER INCLUDE CRACKERS?

Cheese and charcuterie boards and grazing boxes come with a sleeve of crackers on the side. You may choose to add a breadbox to your order, full of crackers, nuts, and other crunchy accompaniments to pair perfectly with your order. 

Other platters and boxes, like the Crudites and Fruit boards, are not served with crackers. See item description for details.

DO YOU OFFER VEGETARIAN OR VEGAN OPTIONS?

We currently offer vegetarian options for every board and are working (taste-testing!) to be able to offer vegan options in the future. Have any vegan cheese recommendations? Let us know! In the meantime, check out our crudites platter, fruit board, cheese garden board, and vegan dip options!

DO YOU OFFER GLUTEN-FREE OPTIONS?

We currently offer gluten-free options for nearly everything - just check the box when you order! We are not a gluten-free kitchen and cannot guarantee cross-contamination of gluten particles, but we'll do our best!

WHAT ABOUT OTHER FOOD ALLERGIES OR DIETARY PREFERENCES?

We are more than happy to accommodate for allergies and dietary preferences, but please note that we are not an allergen-free kitchen and we cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination. Please do not forget to fill out the special requests section of our order form for food allergies.

WHERE DO I PICK UP MY ORDER?

We do not have our own location (yet!) and currently rent commercial kitchen space where we prepare your orders.  Depending on what kitchen we are working out of that day, your pickup location may vary. Orders may be picked up near the Wallhaven area of West Akron or on East Market Street in Central Akron.

If you prefer to pick up from a specific location, either East or West, please let us know. Please see your confirmation email for the exact address and directions to your pickup location. PS Delivery is FREE within a specific zone - just input your address to see if we deliver there for free! Otherwise it's just a small fee.

DO YOU DELIVER?

Yes, throughout the Greater Akron Area and beyond! Delivery is FREE within a specific zone, just input your address on the place an order page to see the cost of delivery to your location. We offer extended delivery outside of our normal zones- please contact us directly to arrange delivery to Cleveland, Canton, or beyond.

ARE THERE ANY INSTRUCTIONS REGARDING THE CARE OF MY BOARD/BOX?

We recommend consuming your board or box the day you receive it. Please refrigerate until 30 minutes prior to serving. Cheese and charcuterie taste best at room temperature, but should not be left unrefrigerated for more than 4 hours.

WHAT SHOULD I DO WITH MY BOARD WHEN I AM FINISHED?

Most of our boards and utensils are intended for one-time use and can be disposed of (or even composted!) when you are finished.

DO YOU OFFER CORPORATE CATERING?

Yes! Our grazing boxes and cups are perfect any event, and we offer grazing tables and a variety of boards to share with your team. Contact us or fill out this form for rates and availability.
